Logging In
In order to use your package, you will need to be logged in to the site. You can find the login button at the top left of the menu.
A Sign Up window will pop up next. Click on the Log In button above to log in using your email. If you are not already an existing member, just type in any random password and the system will automatically ask you to reset your password after you provide a code sent to your email.
Booking
Once you have successfully logged into the account. All you need to do is find the service you're looking to book and the system will automatically recognize that you have sessions available on your package. On the booking page, make sure that under the payment section, you select the package option and click book now! This will automatically deduct one session from your package total.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
The system is only able to recognize one booking as one session. However, for example, if you book a 3-hour simulator, that counts as 3 sessions, and the system only recognizes it as one. Our team will deduct the remaining 2 sessions in the back end of the system on the day of your booking. So, when booking, your remaining total may not be an accurate reflection of your remaining hours. If you ever have any questions about the hours you have used, do not hesitate to ask.
